Vice President & Technical Director at R&D Center of LVCHI Motor Company. Responsible for the vehicle lightweight design & attributes integration, platform development and CAE etc. Worked on R&D Center of Great Wall Motor in China and Ford Research & Advanced Engineering in USA before joining LVCHI. Over years professional experiences in the automotive industry with full vehicle lightweight design and integration, vehicle body/chassis CAE, multidisciplinary design optimization, safety optimization, topology optimization, reliability-based design optimization for complex engineering systems under uncertainties. Understanding of engineering functions within product development process, from concept design, target setting and cascading, design and release, evaluation and verification. Authored over 15 research articles and over 20 invited speeches in cross-disciplinary fields of automotive industry and mechanical engineering communities. Serve as peer reviewer for several international journals and conferences.
